It was nice having a voice narrate the whole thing instead of having to go through pages of written text. Having the handbook was also helpful for going back and looking things up. What was your biggest takeaway from the course?I like the client checklist and handout which is a powerful way to present this to sellers. I would like to learn even more about staging and become an expert with experience! What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?I have included this in my listing presentation and will be using this as a powerful tool in distinguishing myself from the competition! I think this will be very effective in helping me get more listings by giving me an edge! I am very excited to see the reaction! What results did you create from applying what you learned?I have just recently received my real estate license and have not had the chance to use this tool yet but I think it is very important to have something that makes you different from the countless agents out there!
