What did you like most about the course?

It was very easy to see how home staging can either make or brake a sale. Most people can't see the potential in a house, home staging shows them. I look at properties with new eyes. I realize how important a clean, well kept home is. One that appeals to the senses. I found this course very interesting and easy to understand. I also learned alot. Things I never new before. I highly recommend it, to newbie or veteran.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

That staging a house properly can make a deal. Make sure it's clean, and in good repair. buyers don't want to buy a house that needs repairs, and they won't even look if it's dirty. Make sure it appeals to the senses.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

Make sure your property is clean, in good repair, and give people an idea what the house can be. Don't leave them wondering what to do with a particular room. Help buyers see themselves living in the home.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

An updated, clean and appealing space, that practically anyone can see themselves moving right into. I have used this to get referral for other jobs.

If you would recommend the course to others, please express why with a few words:

It will give anyone, new or veteran, a new insight as to how potential buyers see a property. From the outside in, from roofs to basements. Having the AHS designation shows you know those things a new buyer is going to look at. You know what buyers are looking at and for.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?
