What did you like most about the course?

The information was excellent, presented in a manner that was easy to learn and apply. It was the best real estate course I have taken and the staging techniques provide a major benefit for my clients separating me from every other REALTORĀ® in my market. I am offering a service that "staging consultants" are charging hundreds of dollars for, a very tangible value I can bring to my sellers.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

It was stated in the beginning of the course that, "you will never look at a property the same after taking this course." This is so very true. After completion, every property I preview, I automatically look at it from the staging aspect and all could be improved by staging.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

The course gave me the information and the confidence to get my listings to cooperate and "set the stage." I have my sellers now stage the property before it is placed on the market.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

A listing I had that was "close" but not "complete" before I took the course, sold within four days of applying the staging technique of reducing and/or eliminating window treatments, without changing the price.

This course sets you apart from the rest of the pack. Why refer your client to a "staging consultant" for an additional fee when you can offer this value added service, get the listing and get it sold faster!

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

Master the 30 second message. This market is unlike any other I have experienced and I tend to talk too much about what it was like before and how this is different. I need to shorten my conversations and get a positive point across in 30 seconds or less.
