What did you like most about the course?

The convenience of being able to take this course online with a live instructor was very beneficial to me. As real estate agents we are not always available for daytime courses.
I enjoyed the ease of moving from one chapter to the next with expert advice and instructions. Even the quiz was most helpful and very good as testing you over and over again on maybe the same subject but in different questions or settings.

I would most definitely recommend this course to agents who don't have any background in decorating(like I happen to have) to further their credibility in accepting listing that need to say "I'm ready to sell". Thanks again for great course!

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

I took at my office but still had agents wanting to come and visit even though my door had a sticky note that class/testing in process. Guess they just love to chit chat, huh?

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I have since acquired two new listings that are in need of repairs and sprucing up before I will allow them to go on market. I was unsure how they would react but it proved to work its magic. They understood the changes I suggested and even admitted that it made a big difference. Just got to make sellers understand that applying these changes can and usually will make their homes more sellable.

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

Waiting on past clients to get their home ready for selling. They understood my position from past when they were buying and now laughed and said "you're right-it made the difference when we were buying"

Think I've been more credible with designation behind me and easier to convert non-believers.

If you would recommend the course to others, please express why with a few words:

It is just a great listing tool to have in your possession. Especially this day and time when amenities are important but buyers expect homes to look the part of a well maintained home ready for anyone to move into. Clean and simple...yet updated and classy.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

I need to learn more about different cultures and their expectations in buying/selling homes. I have made a good amount of Asian clients and they have definitely made it an learning experience. Being as informed as possible about you buyers/sellers is experience that takes you to a higher level in this business.
