Interview With: Tracy Kreczmer
of Spartanburg, SC

What did you like most about the course?

I love the ease of doing the sessions when I had time. As a mother, a PTO volunteer and business owner, it made it super easy for me to finish it when I needed to!

I thought the testing too after each session was great. And the mock up of a room we had to stage ourselves actually was informative and fun.

Overall it was worth the money and more.

What was your biggest takeaway from the course?

I learned more about color and placement of furniture. Especially pictures. I found lots of mistakes just in my own house.

What actions did you take from applying what you learned in the course?

I used the accreditation on my mailings and on my website. And having re-painted a huge room in my house ...I used the color wheel and will hang the pictures in a more professional way. But that is just for my own use!

What results did you create from applying what you learned?

People took use more seriously. Before yes we were these stagers, but now we are accredited. Customers want to know that they are dealing with professionals!

If you would recommend the course to others, please express why with a few words:

It is a great way to get a really good foundation for people who wish to become professional stagers. All realtors should take this course. You would not believe how many house are out there, on the net, with pictures of these "issues" on them.

If you could learn about or master one additional skill to help you as an agent, what would it be?

Selling my business as a professional stager. where I live, people still do not know what it is!!
